Warning System
Incorporating a warning system will ensure all members of the staff are taking their job seriously, especially Alison. This system will work as a three warning system, each time a employee acts in a disrespectful or inappropriate way they will be distributed will a warning, once three warnings have being distributed the employee will be sat down with the manager and ask to leave the company. |

Giving the staff of Tech solutions the opportunity to make an appointment to see a HR manager is a great idea. This will help the employee share any of their issue regarding their position or any other problems concerning the business. This will mainly help Alison as she is able to talk to Ms Warley when ever she experiences any problems with the company. |
